Website

Prem Thomas, MD maintains this web application. He developed it during a postdoctoral informatics fellowship at the Yale Center for Medical Informatics. The National Library of Medicine's training grant T15 LM 07065 supported the fellowship.

Solution Grove provided the consulting expertise to set up this site using the powerful, open-source web toolkit, OpenACS. Thanks to Caroline Meeks, Dave Bauer, Hamilton Chua, and Deds Castillo. Special thanks to Vinod Kurup, MD, for dedicated, detailed, and excellent work throughout the site.

Thanks also to Brian Funaro for system administration support and Charles Lu for allocating server space; both are at the Center for Medical Informatics.

This site uses Wolfram Research's webMathematica amateur. This allowed rapid prototyping of the metrics in Mathematica and eased web deployment. Frank Siegert's PStill generates the pdf files. This site uses stylesheets from style.org designed by Jonathan Corum of 13pt.
